PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
In this 7-day (video & audio) guided meditation series, you will gradually build up your time in a seated meditation from 5 to 15 minutes. Each day will build upon the last and each day has its own video.
No matter where you find yourself, you have the power to access space and stillness.
This program will lay the groundwork and give you the tools to develop your very own meditation practice.
The time of day and space in which you meditate is the focus of the first and second videos.
By day 3 you will have a little meditation space set up in your home and will have figured out the best time of day to sit.
After the 7 days, challenge yourself to continue to do one of the videos (Day 4-7) each day for an additional two weeks.
After 21 days - you will find you're better able to manage your attention and your energy, and you might just wonder how you ever lived without this sweet little practice!
